Generous cash donations by companies, community groups and appeal drives for residents affected by the Toodyay bushfires continue to flood in to help with the rebuilding.
WA building company Alcock Brown-Neaves Group donated $100,000 to the West Australian, Channel 7 and Salvation Army Bushfires Appeal.
And the Lord Mayor's Distress Relief Fund has already topped $60,000.
The Salvation Army's Warren Palmer said $350,000 of donations had been pledged or given to appeal. "To date they have distributed $35,000 for initial immediate cash assistance with an announcement made next week for long-term relief," he said.
