An understated but elegant elevation and a colour palette of cool whites and warm earthy browns combine to create the upside-down, beach-house feel of the Watersun display home by Webb & Brown-Neaves.
Although beachy in theme, the Watersun is no beach shack but a big, modern luxury home with a sharp design that maximises views.
Webb & Brown-Neaves sales and marketing manager Rob Crawford said the Watersun was designed as an open-plan, two-storey family home.
It was named after its position on top of the hill in Jindalee, close to the beach with ocean views.
"The emphasis is on entertaining through the two zones - one upper and one lower," Mr Crawford said.
